Will Biotech Park Go The STP Way?

With biotechnology being the buzzword, Hyderabad and Bangalore have already taken a giant leap in the right direction with sprawling 100-200 acre biotech parks. In comparison, Lucknow's biotech park seems Lilliputian with its 8 acre spread. While the park is set to become operational by December 2004, so far the only major biotech company that is willing to explore Lucknow as biotech destination is Shanta Biotech. A couple of other companies are expected to also enter this area.
