Boston Scientific CEO Says Not Returning To Baxter

Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) Chief Executive Jim Tobin, debunking Wall Street chatter, said he will not leave his company for the top job at Baxter International Inc. (BAX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , which is conducting a search for a new CEO. Tobin, who held a variety of positions at Baxter, a healthcare products maker, between 1972 and 1994 including president and chief operating officer, said through a spokesman that he is "not going anywhere."
