ArthroCare Corporation Announces Decision from NASDAQ Granting Its Request for Continued Listing and Announces Extension of Deadline to Deliver Financial Statements under Its Credit Agreement

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ArthroCare Corp. (NASDAQ: ARTC) Corporation announced today that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel (the “Panel”) has conditionally granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Select Market, and that the Company has received the consent of the lenders under its Credit Agreement to the extension of the delivery deadline for the Company’s June 30, 2008 and September 30, 2008 financial statements.
