The Board of Directors of Applera Corporation today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4.25 cents per share on Applera Corporation -- Applied Biosystems Group Common Stock (NYSE:ABI). The dividend is payable on April 3, 2006 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2006.
