QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (AP) -- Medical device maker AngioDynamics Inc. said Thursday it expects a charge of $4.2 million, or 17 cents per share, during the fourth quarter because of a lawsuit settlement. The charge amounts to more than its fourth-quarter profit a year prior, when it earned $2 million, or 15 cents per share.
