Angie O’Donnell, executive coach and co-founder of 3D Leadership Group (http://3dleadershipgroup.com), a Boston-based leadership development firm, was recently awarded a Stand Out Volunteer and Supporter by WEST – Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology.

WEST is a learning community that provides women in science and technology with the inspiration, knowledge, and connections to reach their full potential. Launched in 2000, Boston-based WEST provides a powerful forum and supportive environment for early and mid-career women, and the 3D Leadership Team has been an active collaborator in creating content for these early career women.
O’Donnell and the 3D coaching team have led many workshops for WEST over the last few years, including those focused on developing presence and strategies for juggling the complex role of manager, as well as facilitated a women’s coaching circle event. O’Donnell was recognized for her efforts in supporting the organization’s abilities to promote women and prepare them to be leaders, and for her dedication in helping WEST reach its goals for 2018.
Carol Salloway, an executive coach with the 3D team and one of the facilitators for the women’s coaching circle event, attended and accepted the award on January 23, 2019, on behalf of O’Donnell.
“In many ways, it’s a 3D Leadership Group award,” said O’Donnell. “We have all had a hand in volunteering and working with WEST. We’ve made many friends in the WEST community and it’s our pleasure to be able to have such a close relationship with the organization, and we are honored by this recognition.”
