Amicus Therapeutics, Inc. (Jobs) Announces Pricing of IPO

CRANBURY, N.J., May 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amicus Therapeutics (Nasdaq: FOLD - News) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share. Amicus has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock to cover over- allotments, if any. All shares in the offering will be sold by the Company and are expected to begin trading today on the NASDAQ Global Market under the trading symbol “FOLD.”

Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Merrill Lynch & Co. served as joint book-runners for the offering, with J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Lazard Capital Markets LLC, and Pacific Growth Equities, LLC acting as co-managers. The offering is expected to close on or about June 5, 2007, and is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
