Each unit consists of one share of common stock of and 1/2 Class A Warrant. The common stock and units will be listed upon closing of the offering, with the warrants listed at a later date upon separation of the unit.
NeoStem, Inc. engages in the collection, processing and long term storage of adult stem cells for autologous use in the United States. Its stem cell processes involve mobilization and collection of the stem cells from the peripheral blood of adults, cell collection, cell processing, cryopreservation and storage.
