VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today increased the Company’s quarterly dividend rate 13 percent to $0.13 per common share from $0.115 per common share.
