RED BANK, NJ--(Marketwire - June 15, 2011) - American CryoStem Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AMCY) announced today that at the open of business June 15, 2011, the name change of American CryoStem Corporation to ACS Global, Inc. will take effect. The Company will retain its current symbol AMCY.PK.
