December 9, 2008. zuChem Inc. and Austin Chemical Company, Inc. announced today that they have formed an alliance for Austin Chemical to market and sell zuChem-produced rare sugars produced under its zuCarb™ product line worldwide. Under the terms of the alliance, Austin will represent both zuChem’s product and custom synthesis service offerings to the fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals industry.
