SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today reported revenues of $1.68 billion for the second fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2011, 32 percent above one year ago, or 21 percent excluding the effects of acquisitions and divestitures(3). Second-quarter GAAP net income was $200 million, or $0.56 per share. Last year’s second-quarter GAAP net income was $108 million, or $0.31 per share.
