ELMSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2006--AFP Imaging Corporation (OTCBB: AFPC.OB - News) announced effective immediately, that it will expand its sales and marketing efforts for three dimensional, dental x-ray imaging equipment into the United States. The technology and software used to capture and produce three-dimensional dental images was originally designed and developed by Quantitative Radiology, “QR”, Verona, Italy. AFP is now QR’s distributor in the USA and is the successor to Aperio Services LLC. The Company and QR had previously announced, on May 30, 2006, that it had executed exclusive distribution agreements with AFP for the territories of Canada and Latin America, excluding Brazil. The term of these agreements is for three years.
