Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today that Murray Goldberg has been elected to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective August 19, 2013. Mr. Goldberg has had a successful career in corporate finance and banking, and he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 1995. With the election of Mr. Goldberg to Aerie’s Board, the Company’s directors now number eight.
