Advanced Medical recently completed an audit of its financial statements and has engaged Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference (“SRFF”) to prepare its Form 10. After the Form 10 is filed and becomes effective, AMIC will become a public reporting company and will be required to file annual, quarterly and current reports as well as other information with the SEC.
