Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, Calif. The meeting is open to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2012. The webcast will begin at 9 a.m. PDT, after the Company completes the formal portion of the meeting, where results of proxy voting will be announced. At that time, members of the management team will deliver a Company presentation and address questions from shareholders.
