The webcast will begin at 9:30 am pacific time, after the Company completes the formal portion of the meeting, where results of proxy voting will be announced. At that time, Gary Rabin, ACT’s interim Chairman and CEO, along with other members of the management team, will deliver a Company presentation and address questions from shareholders.
