(Nasdaq:ACUR) today reported a first quarter 2011 net loss of $2.9 million or $0.06 per share compared to net loss of $4.0 million or $0.09 per share for first quarter 2010. As of April 27, 2011, we had cash and cash equivalents of approximately $20.7 million with no term indebtedness.
