ZURICH (Dow Jones)--U.K. investment firm Elliott Advisors Ltd. on Monday renewed its call for a board shake-up at Actelion Ltd (ATLN.VX), criticizing the strategy of Europe’s largest biotech and challenging the Swiss firm’s assertion that it has received no takeover offer.
