(NASDAQ:ABII), a fully integrated biotechnology company, today announced that multiple clinical studies of the chemotherapy agent ABRAXANE® for Injectable Suspension (paclitaxel protein-bound particles for injectable suspension) (albumin-bound) will be presented at the 32nd Annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS), being held in San Antonio, Texas from December 9 to December 13. Clinical results from investigator-sponsored studies will be reported, including an ongoing study evaluating the combination of lapatinib and nab®-paclitaxel for first-line treatment of HER2+ breast cancer. Additional presentations will highlight analyses of cost of care in metastatic breast cancer patients, as well as the correlation between specific genotypes and treatment response rates.
