The company shipped its first meter in April 2006. Currently, there are 285 million people with diabetes worldwide, 27 million of which are from the US.(1)
AgaMatrix has 8 FDA-cleared products: the WaveSense KeyNote(TM), KeyNote Pro(TM), Presto(TM), Presto Pro(TM), Amp(TM), WaveSense Jazz(TM), and WaveSense Jazz Wireless(TM) meters, and Zero-Click(TM) software, for data download to a computer. In addition, AgaMatrix was the first BGM maker to launch an App that runs on the iPhone(R) and iPod touch(R). The App is called the WaveSense Diabetes Manager(TM) and is available on the iTunes App Store(R) for free.
