Chicago, IL (January 6, 2016) – zuChem, Inc., an innovative supplier of glycochemicals and specialized sugars for the food ingredients, fine chemicals and related industries, today announced that it has entered into a multi-year process development, commercial product supply and marketing agreement with Qianyan Alloy Materials, Ltd. for the rare sugar building block l-fucose.
Qianyan Alloy Materials provides a unique combination of Western levels of quality and intellectual property protection, access to low cost Chinese capital and labor, and rapid and efficient process development, equipment installation and production of ingredients and chemicals.
Under the agreement Qianyan Alloy Materials will provide process development and manufacturing capabilities to complement zuChem’s in-house process innovation group. zuChem will also provide sales and marketing capabilities to the partnership.
