XTend Medical Signs Letter of Intent to Purchase JoyFull Genius, Inc.

SUN VALLEY, CA--(Marketwire - May 07, 2012) -

XTend Medical (PINKSHEETS: XMDC) has signed a Letter of Intent to purchase JoyFull Genius, Inc., a CA-based entertainment company. Once the due diligence process is complete, JoyFull Genius will become a division within the company.

“As XTend Medical, soon to be named MultiCorp International, Inc., looks to diversify its scope of business in the future and pending our due diligence process, the company will be acquiring JoyFull Genius, Inc. This will be our first step in many acquisitions over the next six to eighteen months.
