Stiles, M.D., Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, has been recognized as one of “America’s Top Cardiologists” by the Consumers’ Research Council of America, a Washington, D.C.-based research organization that provides information guides for consumers of professional services throughout the United States.
The Consumers’ Research Council of America compiled the list of top cardiologists by using a point value system that focuses on four main areas, including experience, training, membership in professional medical associations and board certifications.
Dr. Stiles joined Wyeth in January 2004 in his current position, in which he is responsible for the Clinical Research and Development and Global Medical Affairs organizations at the company. Dr. Stiles plays a critical role in shaping Wyeth’s clinical research strategy to support both the scientific and commercial vision of the company.
