TOKYO, Jan 9 (Reuters) - U.S. pharmaceutical firm Wyeth (WYE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) has bought the global rights to develop and market an experimental pain medication from Mochida Pharmaceutical Co Ltd (4534.T: Quote, Profile, Research), the Japanese company said on Wednesday.
