LIONVILLE, Pa., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. , today announced that it has elected Jenne K. Britell, Ph.D. to its Board of Directors.
Dr. Britell is the Chairman and CEO of Structured Ventures, Inc., advisors to private equity and venture capital firms, and has an extensive financial background, including serving as the former Executive Vice President of Global Consumer Finance and President of Global Commercial and Mortgage Banking at GE Capital. Her tenure at GE Capital also included responsibilities for GE Capital businesses in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. At GE Capital, Dr. Britell was recognized for her outstanding management of Six Sigma and compliance programs.
