(“DMT”) a specialized and distinguished supplier of medical devices headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan into certain Asian Pacific countries. This exclusive, 3 year distribution partnership expands Viveve’s global presence and includes minimum purchase requirements of 47 Viveve Systems in 2016, 75 in 2017 and 109 in 2018.
