Vacant, Downtown Delavan Hotel to be Sold

Chicago Tribune -- A vacant, downtown Delavan hotel will be sold. Midwest Hotels, Inc. has foreclosed on the mortgage for the former Delavan House Hotel. Court documents show the company owed $4.7 million on a $5 million mortgage.
