(“Canton”) are two not-for-profit healthcare systems each which is owned jointly by Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System, Inc., and University Hospitals Health Systems, Inc. Cuyahoga owns and operates St. Vincent Charity Hospital, St. John West Shore Hospital, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Cuyahoga Physician Network, Westshore Primary Care Associates, Professional Medical Equipment Supply, and Ohio Health Choice. Canton owns and operates Mercy Medical Center and Mercy Professional Care Corporation.
