Port St. Lucie now has a biotech research center to call its own. Richard Houghten, president and founder of Torrey Pines said in a news release that the his board has chosen Port St. Lucie as its “preferred expansion site contingent upon approval of proposed financial incentives by the Florida Legislature.”
