Commenting on the UGM, Richard Fry, Commercial Director of Titian said, “We held our inaugural UGM last year in London, which both Titian and attending customers found beneficial and productive. Reflecting the fact that our customer base is more-or-less evenly distributed between Europe and the US, I am very pleased to be staging this year’s event in Philadelphia.”
The agenda of the Titian User Group Meeting will include presentations from existing Titian customers and Titian staff members, as well as round-table discussion groups focusing on key topics, and a special evening event on the first day. According to Richard Fry, “We find that despite differences in the fine detail of their operations, our customers have much in common. Our UGM is a chance for customers to share their experiences, and to catch up with new developments from Titian, hence to get the most benefit from their Mosaic software”.
