January 23, 2005 -- Last week, Wall Street made it three-for-three so far in 2005: a net loss in each of the year’s first three weeks. With last week’s 1.38% loss, the Centient Biotech 200 is down a total of 258 points or 7.2% during the three weeks of 2005 . Nevertheless, there were a number of companies that did well during the week, and investors remain willing to invest in biotech IPOs. We discuss prominent examples of each.
