Mr. Steele joins The NeoStrata Company, Inc. with many years of senior management experience in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Most recently, he founded Pharma Technologies Group, Inc., an international business development/technology transfer firm specializing in the management of business development and licensing functions for pharma dermatological opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Steele served as Vice President of Personal Care for both Pfizer, Inc. and the Warner-Lambert Company. He has also held key positions at Procter & Gamble and The New England Consulting Group.
Mr. Steele holds B.S. degrees in Marketing and Biology from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA from Syracuse University.
