Texas Instruments Raises $6.6 Million For United Way

Texas Instruments Inc. raised a total of $6.6 million for United Way campaigns across the country this year — including $5.3 million for its headquarters city of Dallas. The funds raised will go primarily to address critical issues involving education, income and health in communities where the company operates, Andy Smith, TI corporate philanthropy director, told me in an interview.
