Previously, Mr. King was Tercica’s Chief Operating Officer. John A. Scarlett, M.D., will remain as the Chief Executive Officer of Tercica. The Company also announced that Ajay Bansal has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bansal was previously Tercica’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
