PRINCETON, NJ., June 30/ -- With the acquisition of Targent Incorporated’s oncology assets by Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc., Irvine, California, (Nasdaq:SPPI) Targent announced that Patrick Maguire, MD, PhD, has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Director. Dr. Maguire, 52, will pursue other business opportunities. He currently serves as a Director of Hemolife Medical Inc. in San Clemente, California.
