Stratosphere Quality LLC expects to invest $2.6 million to expand/upgrade its Fishers, Indiana, headquarters and add 225 new jobs by 2015 according to an announcement by Gov. Mitch Daniels. The company is a leading provider of quality assurance and outsourcing solutions to manufacturers of parts and components used in the automotive, medical device and electronics sectors and other industries.
