At the meeting, stockholders re-elected Joshua Boger, Ph.D., Charles A. Sanders, M.D., and Elaine S. Ullian, the three Director nominees. The terms of the Directors elected at the 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will expire at the 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
