Vancouver, BC, July 21, 2010 -- In a recent, high-impact Nature Protocol publication, Asier Sáez-Cirión and his group at the Institut Pasteur standardized the protocol for T cell-based HIV suppression. Using RoboSep®, the group isolated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from HIV-infected individuals for subsequent evaluation of immune correlates to determine protective CD8+ T cell response.
