Stanbio Laboratory’s Public Health Representatives presented the WIC Training & Education Program to WIC Director’s in attendance, along with the advanced HemoPoint® H2 and n•x•t microcuvette. A drawing was also held and the winners included: Sarah Brett – WIC Director, CA; Doreen Radford – WIC Director, UT; Beverly Speight - WIC Nutritionist, TN; Becky Ginsbey - WIC & MIHP Supervisor, MI; Nelda Mercer, WIC Dietitian, MI; and Maggie Dumont, WIC Administrator, NJ. Drawing winners received either a $50.00 gift card or Stanbio Laboratory scrub top.
The HemoPoint® H2 provides both a hemoglobin and hematocrit result, using a single drop of whole blood, with one simple test.
