At a meeting held today and chaired by Rosario Bifulco, the Sorin S.p.A. (MIL:SRN) Board of Directors approved the results for the first quarter of 2013.
“We are satisfied with the first quarter performance, with revenues in line with the guidance provided to the market, despite particularly challenging industry dynamics and significant and unexpected deterioration of foreign exchange rates," stated CEO André-Michel Ballester.
