MARKHAM, ON, Jan. 4 /CNW Telbec/ - Solvay Pharma Inc., Canada, today
announced the appointment of Graham Jobson as President and CEO with effect
from January 1, 2006. Mr. Jobson replaces Dr. Laurence J. Downey who held the
position for six years before his appointment as President and CEO of Solvay
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the United States. Dr. Downey will now be based in
Marietta, Georgia.
