ST. LOUIS, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On December 5, 2006, Sigma-Aldrich closed on $100 million in private long-term debt with the sale of 5.11% Series 2006-A Senior Notes due December 5, 2011. Bank of America facilitated the placement with an institutional investor.
The Company retired $75 million 5.16% Senior Notes that matured on November 20, 2006.
