Drug discovery company SCYNEXIS, Inc., today announced that it has appointed infectious disease expert Carole Sable, MD, as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Sable was most recently a Vice President at Merck & Co., Inc, initially as franchise integrator in Infectious Diseases and more recently as VP, Project Leadership and Management in Neurosciences and Ophthalmology.
