(AMEX:LIV) a developer of innovative drugs, announced today its European subsidiary, Samaritan Europe has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Three Rivers Pharmaceuticals for the marketing and sales of Amphocil(R) (amphotericin B cholesteryl sulfate complex for injection) in Greece and Cyprus. Amphocil is indicated for the treatment of invasive aspergillosis, a fungal infection that occurs in immuno-compromised patients.
