FORT LEE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SAFE-BioPharma has introduced a new, globally portable digital identity credential that allows any computer including tablets, smart phones and other mobile devices to assert a digital identity and to securely apply high assurance digital signatures to electronic documents. Unlike other SAFE-BioPharma identity credentials, the SAFE-BioPharma® Mobile credential is stored in a secure hardware module in the cloud and can be accessed wherever there is Internet connectivity. The cost of SAFE-BioPharma Mobile credentials is about one-half that of token-based credentials. There are no unique hardware tokens to manage, no drivers to install or maintain, and a single credential can be accessed by multiple devices.
