RxCrossroads serves the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries. Its services include full supply-chain logistics, reimbursement assistance, financial assistance, compliance and adherence programs, trial offer programs and specialty pharmacy services. The company already has facilities in Louisville, including a 98,925-square-foot warehouse it opened in 2011 after receiving preliminary approval for tax incentives from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority board.
