WARREN, N.J., July 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Roka Bioscience announced today that it will be participating in the 2011 International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) Conference. The conference will be held at the Frontier Airlines Convention Center, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from July 31 through August 3, 2011. Roka will be located at booth #821.
At the conference, the company will introduce a novel molecular instrument platform for the detection of food pathogens. This fully automated instrument brings an innovative solution to food safety laboratories, providing workflow and labor efficiencies not currently available in the market today. The first assays to be commercialized on the Roka Automated Instrument are Listeria and Salmonella detection assays. Additional assays are currently in development.
