(Nasdaq:RMTI), a fully-integrated biopharmaceutical company targeting end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) with innovative products and services for the treatment of iron deficiency, secondary hyperparathyroidism and hemodialysis, announced today its intention to offer up to $55 million of its common shares in an underwritten public offering. Rockwell also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering.
BofA Merrill Lynch is acting as the sole book-running manager for the proposed offering. Stifel is acting as Lead Manager and Summer Street, Craig-Hallum, Chardan Capital Markets, LLC and LifeSci Capital are acting as co-managers.
