CHARLESTON, S.C., Dec. 15, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutions Medical Corporation ("Revolutions Medical" or the "Company") (OTCQB:RMCP) announced today that is has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement with DS WorldMed, LLC, a global medical equipment and device distribution company ("DS WorldMed") to distribute the Company's RevVac™ auto-retractable vacuum safety syringe. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, DS WorldMed was granted exclusive distribution rights of the RevVac™ safety syringe in South America. The exclusivity right, which is performance-based, calls for DS WorldMed to distribute a minimum of 6,000,000 units per quarter of the RevVac™ safety syringe. DS WorldMed also placed its initial order with the Company.
